Cancellation policy

–  Cancellation more than 20 days before arrival: Full refund of the total amount.
–  Cancellation 20–5 days before arrival: 50% refund of the total amount.
–  Cancellation less than 5 days before arrival: No refund.
–  For bookings for larger groups (8 participants or more), different cancellation and refund policies apply. These are agreed upon via email.

All inquiries to us are non-binding, but a confirmed reservation from Heidal Rafting is considered a purchase – and these terms of purchase apply. Cancellations and changes to reservations must be made in writing.
