Cancellation policy

*  Cancellation more than 20 days before arrival: full refund of the total amount.
*  Cancellation 5-20 days before arrival: 50% refund of the total amount.
*  cancellation less than 5 days before arrival: 0% refund of the total amount. 
*  All inquiries are non-binding, but a confirmed reservation from us is a purchase, and these terms of purchase apply. Cancellations and changes to reservations must be made in writing.
